NATALIE BRIGHT, DAN BRIGHT AND GAIL FAGEN (NATALIE BRIGHT'S IGNORANT MOTHER) TESTIFIED EITHER WE WEREN'T THERE OR IF WE WERE, I WAS DRUNK AND MY HUSBAND I FOUGHT AND WE LEFT.

THE STATEMENT MAKES NO SENSE, BUT THE JUDGE T. KELLY RYAN BOUGHT IT ALL. I THINK HE JUST DIDN'T CARE.

This judge had his mind made up before anyone testified.  It took almost 3 years to get to three days in court.  Inept lawyers who kept charging for every minute they said a spent on our case.  Then this judge said it's been too long since you've seen your grandson. 

We could not get court dates and if we got one they were months apart.  That was so the lawyers could charge more and more money.

MUSINGS

When Dave and I went to Jennifer's house to help plan her service, (with 1/2 hour notice from Gail Fagen) we had asked for Natalie Bright to keep Owen up from his nap so we could see him.  Lo and behold Owen was tucked away upstairs so we couldn't see him.  I HAD TO ASK PERMISSION TO SEE MY DEAD DAUGHTER'S SON - MY GRANDSON.  We saw him for about 5 minutes and we were asked to leave.  Owen cried for the next 45 minutes because he wanted us.

Since he was with me 3 days a week and before that 5 days a week including some weekends you would think his adoptive mother Natalie Bright would have empathy for her son, not only for the loss of his mother, Jennifer Morgan but for the loss of Dave and I as his grandparents.

I've asked before, what kind of devil does that?

That same day in our "planning" (which we had no say)  Natalie Bright in her "SWAN SONG ACTING MODE" with a tear in her eye said "her ( Jennifer Morgan's) brush still has her hair in it."  I almost barfed!!  It was kind of like the time when Mommy Dearest Gail Fagen, Natalie Bright's ignorant mother told Judge T. Kelly Ryan that "SHE LOST A DAUGHTER WHEN MY DAUGHTER, JENNIFER MORGAN DIED."  Another total barf moment.  What I really wanted then was to stand up in court and clap and as I said in another blog "SLAP THE BITCH ALL THE WAY BACK TO DES MOINES  OR HELL."

For what they did to my daughter they deserve the worst life has to offer. 

SOCK IT TO YOU MOMENT

During the last day of trial, my lawyers (Dana Parks and Erica Perkin) of Hubbard Ruzicka Kreamer & Kincaid, had their receptionist order a pizza which we did not eat and charged me for it in the final bill.  

ANOTHER IGNORANT MOMENT

One of Natalie's mother's ignorant statements right after Jennifer died.  "Well Jenny seemed pretty happy.  We were arranging the sectional and we moved it everywhere."  What does that have to do with anything?  Or "Jenny was looking forward to Thanksgiving."  I guess that's why Jennifer killed herself the day before.

When Jennifer was missing for 18 hours Natalie Bright stated the Gail Fagen who was in Iowa was calling all the hotels in Kansas to see if Jennifer was in any of them.  What a bunch of bull. How did that bitch suddenly appear at Jennifer's house that afternoon.?

John and Dani McDermott filed a "Grandparent's Visitation Suit" against Dani's daughter or some relative to see her grandchildren.  Yet, they both testified against me so I would not get to see my grandson.  I had not seen or talked to either one of them in over 25+ years.  Their supposed knowledge of me was spoon fed by Natalie Bright, Gail Fagen and Natalie's lawyers (who also didn't know me) Sandy Krigel and Karen Rosenberg (the ugliest woman I've ever seen).

When John McDermott left me when Jennifer Morgan was 4 years old, he left me a note that said "he had a dream about a big airplane that he had to get on it".  The rest of the note, which I kept, tells a story of a crazy person which John and Dani McDermott are.

I could tell stories about my marriage to John McDermott that would have you laughing and rolling on the ground.  Like the time he locked himself in the bathroom with the Polaroid.  I'll let you figure it out.

He went to the funeral home to "view" Jennifer Morgan's body.  I asked why now that she's dead does he show up.  He answered "well someone has to represent the family".  REALLY!!!!!!

Our son was born with a birth defect that required many surgeries starting at 6 months.  Was John McDermott there for any of them? No!  Jennifer Morgan had to have special shoes made because her feet were severely pointed in.  Was John McDermott there for the fittings or did he ever attach the bar on the shoes when Jennifer went to bed?  No.  Yet, he had the gall to think he represented the FAMILY.

MY TRUTH

NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THROUGH LOSING A CHILD.  JENNIFER MORGAN HAS BEEN DEAD FOR 3 1/2 YEARS AND IT IS STILL AS FRESH IN MY MIND AS IT WAS THE DAY WE WERE TOLD SHE WAS FOUND IN HER CAR AND SHE HAD SHOT HERSELF IN HER BEAUTIFUL HEAD.  HER DAD (DAVE) AND I WERE IN TOTAL SHOCK AND DENIAL.  MY FIRST QUESTION OF THE COPS WAS "WAS NATALIE BRIGHT ANYWHERE AROUND?"  THE ANSWER WAS NO, BUT SHE MIGHT AS WELL AS PULLED THE TRIGGER. 

AND THEN NATALIE BRIGHT PUTS US THROUGH ALMOST 3 YEAR  OF AGONIZING TRIAL TO TRY TO GET TO SEE JENNIFER'S SON, MY GRANDSON OWEN.  HER AND HER FAMILY'S LIES AND ACCUSATIONS AND JENNIFER'S EX-GIRLFRIEND, MICHELLE BECKER AND HER LIES RAN US INTO THE GROUND.

I AM SURE BY NOW NATALIE BRIGHT HAS LATCHED ONTO ANOTHER UNSUSPECTING WOMAN WHO MAKES AS MUCH MONEY AS JENNIFER DID.   AND OH, I DID MENTION THAT SARAH TACKETT MOVED BACK TO KENTUCKY.

THIS WAS JENNIFER MORGAN'S HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION PICTURE.  SHE ALWAYS DID HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SMILE.  HAD SHE NOT COMMITTED SUICIDE ON NOVEMBER 24, 2010 SHE WOULD BE 44 YEARS OLD TODAY.  SHE IS MISSED AND STILL TRULY MOURNED BY ME AND HER DAD, DAVE.

THIS IS JENNIFER'S STORY FROM AN EARLIER BLOG THAT TELLS THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR MY DAUGHTER.

TRUTH

It's hard to believe this beautiful girl is gone.  I am going to attempt to tell you about the last years of her life.

In 2005 Jennifer Morgan met a woman through her employment as Sergeant in the City of Olathe, KS Police Department.  She became involved with this woman (Natalie Bright who was 28 at the time), when she was hired into the same department as a patrol officer.  Jennifer moved out of the home she shared with another woman and rented an apartment.  The affair lasted two months.  Natalie Bright called it off.  Jennifer had a horribly bad time accepting the breakup.  We learned that Natalie Bright wanted Jennifer to get pregnant so she could be a mother without going through impregnation and delivery, but without a house to live in Natalie Bright moved on.

After a while Jennifer recovered and went on to buy another house and was living with another woman. 

Much to our surprise in 2007, April to be exact, Natalie Bright approached Jennifer again and she moved into Jennifer's house.  The artificial insemination's started immediately.  After being poked and prodded for two months Jennifer became pregnant in June, 2007. 

As Natalie Bright had been with the police department for two years she knew what Jennifer's benefits were and that she had a 401K, savings account and life insurance.  As her parents, we did not know the extent of her benefits until after her death.

Jennifer Morgan had an uneventful pregnancy, however Jennifer told us that N. Bright and her mommy dearest,Gail Fagen (who lives in DesMoines, Iowa)  accompanied her to most her doctor's appointments.  We and Jennifer thought there was something strange about that.

Jennifer was very defensive of her relationship with Natalie Bright and her family and tried very hard to do everything they wanted her to do.  They decided my grandchild would be named after Natalie Bright's brother, D. Owen Bright and middle name would be after Natalie Bright's stepfather Patrick Fagen.  And his last name would be Bright and not Morgan.

DUPED & LIED TO & CHEATED ON

TRUTH

A little more than a week before Owen Bright was born, (February 7, 2008) Jennifer went to Krigel & Krigel law offices and signed her Last Will and Testament.  At the time, Natalie Bright and Gail Fagen happened to be with her.  Everything Jennifer had was left to Natalie Bright.  If she did not survive Jennifer, Gail Fagen (Natalie's mother), was the beneficiary Trustee and Owen's guardian.  If she did not survive Jennifer or could not accept the responsibility of Owen's care then Pat Fagen (Natalie Bright's) stepfather would be named.  How coincidental is it that it all was taken care of before Owen's birth?  In case Jennifer did not survive delivery of her son, the Bright's and Fagen's had it all.  I did not have any knowledge of what was in Jennifer's Last Will & Testament.  We never discussed it.

As soon as Jennifer delivered Owen Bright subtle changes occurred at first and as time went on the changes in Jennifer were monumental.  After 6 months, Natalie Bright adopted Owen Bright in Kansas City, Missouri (this will be discussed in future blogs).  He had to reside with Jennifer and Natalie for the 6 months prior to the adoption.  Problem is they lived in Kansas the whole time and should not have been able to adopt in Missouri.  Jennifer said they had a "special judge" that worked with their attorneys (Krigel & Krigel). After the adoption Jennifer and Natalie bought a new house with the equity Jennifer had in her previous home.  Jennifer made almost $80,000.00 a year as opposed to Natalie's salary which was $46,000.00.  (This is public knowledge on the internet at http://www.kansasopengov.org/LocalGovt/CityPayrolls/OlathePayroll/tabid/2178/Default.aspx).  If Jennifer had not made that much money, they would not have qualified for the loan.

I cannot remember if Jennifer gave Natalie Bright her Dodge Ram truck before Owen was born, but Natalie Bright decided that her Jeep rag top would not be a suitable car for Owen to ride in, so Jennifer bought a Chevy Suburban so Natalie could have the truck.

So now Natalie Bright has a house fully furnished with new furniture that she could have never bought on her own, a new car (which she never would have qualified for) several joint bank accounts and made sure she was the beneficiary in Jennifer's Will as well as the beneficiary on Jennifer's policies with the Olathe Police Department.

After Jennifer's Will was signed and the adoption was final the tables really started to turn on Jennifer.  As soon as Owen was potty trained, learned to feed himself, was walking and talking somewhat Natalie Bright, Gail Fagen and Danny Bright were starting to show their true colors.

Gail Fagen was constantly at Jennifer's house especially weekends.  Danny Bright was out of town for a while, then moved back to Kansas City to marry his boyfriend (Kevin Niekamp) who had previously been cheating on him.  Natalie Bright and Gail Fagen would go shopping, do lunch, bar hop, go to dinner, etc. and leave Jennifer at home.

Jennifer asked me on many occasions how someone could change so fast and turn into the hateful people that they were.  I had no answer except that they had been that way to start with.  They were just acting at first until they got what they wanted.

I can't remember what month it was but Natalie moved out of the Master Bedroom she shared with Jennifer into another room in the house (Jennifer called it the "Man Cave").  She also did not wear the ring Jennifer gave to her.  Natalie purchased a "throw away" phone.  She had that phone and another phone that she slept with and carried constantly.  She urged Jennifer to go to the gym and work out and learn to go places by herself and possibly get a second job so Natalie could stay home with Owen.  Natalie Bright wanted to take vacations, have dates, play basketball but not with Jennifer.  She told Jennifer that she wasn't interested in her anymore and that they could still be friends.  She packed her bags on several occasions and would leave only to come back a few hours later to witness Jennifer's reactions.  Natalie later told Jennifer she would live in the house with Owen and Jennifer could either stay or leave, but they would have to keep getting Jennifer's support.  Also, that Sarah Tackett would be welcome at their house at any time.

What was your reaction to being told of Jennifer's death?

So, if there were people who witnessed you playing with Owen playing with toy frogs and taking t he frogs and putting them down you shirt and telling Owen that frogs were getting in your boobies, would that be inaccurate?

THE WITNESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ALICIA DUNCAN DAVIS.  ONE OF NATALIE BRIGHT'S " BUDDIES AND LOW AND BEHOLD SHE DID NOT COME TO COURT.  I MET ALICIA DUNCAN DAVIS THE DAY JENNIFER DIED WHEN NATALIE BRIGHT CAME TO MY HOUSE TO PICK UP OWEN BRIGHT.  OWEN BRIGHT WAS ASLEEP AND I CERTAINLY WAS NOT PLYING WITH FROGS.

Do you remember calling Natalie on November 25, 2010 about 11:30 pm being intoxicated and talking about Jennifer's autopsy?

Do you remember drinking in excess following your daughter's death?

With whom did you work in preparing for Jennifer's funeral?

Did you walk out of that meeting?

What part did you play in preparing for Jennifer's funeral?

Whose decision was it to have a preacher at Jennifer's funeral?

 You don't feel that Jennifer's wishes were respected with regard to the funeral?

Do you remember coming in late to that meeting? 

Do you remember that Owen was napping at the time you and your husband came to Natalie's home?

So if Natalie Bright's testimony was that Owen was napping and you went upstairs and woke Owen Bright up, she would be lying?  OF COURSE LIKE SHE'S BEEN LYING ALL ALONG.  DUH!!!

Do you remember at that meeting at Natalie Bright's house to plan the funeral that you made statements that Jennifer was "schizophrenic"?

Did you ever say that Jennifer got messed up on Xanax and that she was a cocaine addict and an alcoholic and a liar?

Do you remember if you were drinking prior to that meeting?

Did you ever tell your former husband (of over 30 years) that Natalie Bright was to blame for Jennifer's death?

Why would you blame Natalie Bright for your daughter's suicide?

Did you and your husband sit off to the side at Jennifer's funeral?

Who paid for Jennifer's funeral?

On the day of the funeral did you drink at all?

Did you ever ask your sister for a breath mint?

Was it meant to cover up the smell of alcohol?

Who was your contact with the Olathe Police Department following Jennifer's death?

Did you talk to Captain O'Halloran about any financial issues?

Did you talk about Jennifer's medical expense savings account?

Did you talk about Jennifer's VEBA funds?

When did you first consult an attorney about your rights to see Owen Bright?

Have you been advised that there is a substantial possibility that you might end up having to pay for Natalie Bright's attorney's fees?

As you sit here today can you think of any reasons why Natalie Bright has not allowed you to see Owen Bright?

So what do you contend that Jennifer told you about what was going on at home?  Yow mentioned that they weren't staying in the same bedroom?

Are you aware you aware whether Owen Bright is having contact with the "Fagen's"?  NATALIE BRIGHT'S MOMMY DEAREST AND THE REST OF THE CLAN.

When was the last time you saw your sister?

Just prior to November 24, 2010 when Jennifer passed away, how frequent had you seen your sister  or when was the last time that you had seen your sister before Jennifer's death?

THERE WERE MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY FAMILY TRYING TO ESTABLISH THAT I WAS NOT A GOOD PERSON BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE MY FAMILY FOR A WHILE AND THAT WE HAD BEEN ESTRANGED FOR A TIME  AND I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH MY GRANDSON OWEN BRIGHT.

You testified that prior to Jennifer Morgan's death Owen Bright was staying with you regularly.  You said it was five days a week and some weekends.  Then it got cut back to three days a week and some weekends.  That was during the period of time, when you and your sister weren't on great terms.  Is that fair to say?

Do you have an opinion as to what Owen Bright should be told about Jennifer's death?

Do you think Owen Bright should ever be told that his mother committed suicide?

 Was Jennifer uncomfortable with you being around with her girlfriends or partners?

Did Owen Bright have any kind of medical problems at all when he stayed with you?

Did you seek Natalie Bright's and Jennifer's permission to give your grandson Owen Bright laxatives?

Did Owen Bright ever swim in your swimming pool without a life vest or some kind of protection?

Your testimony was sometime immediately before Jennifer Morgan's suicide, she suggested that if something happened to her, that she wanted you to contest Owen Bright's adoption by Natalie Bright that she wanted you to contest the adoption?

AFTER 6 1/2 HOURS OF QUESTIONS (AND I DIDN'T INCLUDE THEM ALL) IT  WAS OBVIOUS THAT THEY NOT ONLY WERE TRYING TO IMPLY THAT I WOULD PUT OWEN BRIGHT IN DANGER BY IGNORING NATALIE BRIGHT'S FUTURE INSTRUCTIONS.

IN MY OPINION THAT CHILD HAS BEEN IN DANGER SINCE JENNIFER KILLED HERSELF AND THAT HE WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN DANGER WITH NATALIE BRIGHT AT THE HELM.  AND HE IS IN DANGER WHEN GAIL FAGEN IS AROUND ALSO WHEN OWEN BRIGHT IS AROUND DAN BRIGHT OR ANY OTHER ADOPTIVE UN-RELATIVE.

Did you ever take IV treatments for your infection?

There was a medicine that you were taking at one point that you had to be very careful about not creating a hearing loss as a result of taking the medication; is that fair to say?

Did you ever suffer fatigue at any time in your life?

Have you ever taken medicine for insomnia?

When was the last time you took medicine for depression?

Were you taking medicine for depression a year ago?

Have you ever taken medicine for panic attacks?

You were, in fact having panic problems following your daughter's death?

Following your daughter's death you took medicine for your depression?

Were you having some blood pressure problems also following you daughter's death?

Did you ever have and ultrasound of your liver?

How did your mother die?

Have you and Dave ever talked about splitting up?

Was there a period of time that he was working outside of your house that you had some concerns about your relationship?

Have you ever had hallucinations?

Do you remember the drug Ambien causing pasty stools? 

Was your house dirty?

Who takes care of the pool at your house?

Do you have any birds, cats or dogs?

The records we have from Dr. Lange (a therapist I saw after Jennifer Morgan died) basically say that you don't have any medical issues other than a lack of sleep.  Do you remember telling that to Dr. Lange?

Why would you have told her that when you clearly were suffering from a bacterial infection?

Did you ever consider giving all the money to Owen Bright?

There were some questions about the Trust I set up for Owen Bright.  Then right back to therapist questions.

Do you remember how many times you saw Dr. Lange altogether? 

Ms. Lange in her notes says that she thought that you needed to process your loss.  And this was following Jenny's death, so that's understandable.  Do you agree with that, that you needed to process your loss?  

When we initially asked you to sign a medical authorization release and mental health records release, you opposed that; is that correct?

Do you think that your mental health has anything to do with appropriateness to deal with your grandson?

Do you still have anger towards Natalie Bright?

Do you have any reason to believe that Natalie Bright is not a good mother to Owen Bright?

When you first learned that Jennifer Morgan was pregnant by an anonymous donor or otherwise, what was your reaction?

Did you have a fight with Jennifer Morgan in the hospital when Owen was born?

Before you started taking care of Owen, when you were acting as a grandmother/babysitter, whatever, did you see Owen Bright often when he was an infant?

And we are not done yet.  We are only on page 144 there are 192 pages, 6 hours of stupid questions from an idiot representing another idiot (Natalie Bright).  I am sure I don't have to explain the obvious rhetoric of these questions.  This is exactly the way the trial went.  Accusing me of being sick and putting my grandson, Owen Bright at risk.  Lying and not setting a good example.  Being a drunk.  All crap made up in Natalie Bright's and her lying mother, Gail Fagen's vindictive minds.  Not to mention Dan Bright's idiot stick testimony.

TRUTH
 
FOUR YEARS AGO TODAY OUR DAUGHTER, JENNIFER M. MORGAN TOOK HER OWN LIFE.  SHE WAS PRETTY, FUNNY AND SMART AND UNFORTUNATELY HAD NO SELF-ESTEEM.

HER LEGACY WILL ALWAYS BE HER SON OWEN BRIGHT.  HE WILL NOT BE RAISED THE WAY SHE WANTED HIM TO BE AND HE WILL ALWAYS BE SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT HIS FAMILY.  WE TRIED TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION FOR JENNIFER, BUT WE WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL AND WE ARE SORRY FOR THAT.

GRANDPARENTS VISITATION RIGHTS-BEING DEPOSED

This is a photo of my grandson, Owen Bright with one of our cats.  This picture along with 400 more was presented in court at trial.  Natalie Bright and her attorneys (Sanford Krigel and Karen Rosenberg of Krigel & Krigel) implied that I put my grandson in danger of an allergy attack by letting him around our cats.  They claimed he had an allergy to pet dander, yet at the time Jennifer Morgan and Natalie Bright had dogs and they knew we had cats.  My comment in court was "look at how Owen's eyes were running and he was sneezing" NOT!!!!!!

DEPOSITION QUESTIONS

The purpose of a deposition is to accuse, ridicule and try to catch someone in a lie.  And also to run down the person being deposed.  In my case I was asked some really personal and outlandish questions.  Following are some of the questions.

Do you know how old she (Jennifer Morgan) was when she passed away?

You don't believe that Jennifer Morgan had any other children, do you?

Did Jennifer Morgan growing up have any emotional problems?

Other than immediately prior to Jennifer Morgan's death, did she ever suffer from any kind of emotional problems?

Did you and Jennifer Morgan always have a good relationship?

Were there things that Jenny did that you (me) felt were inappropriate during that time period (previous 5 years)?

Did you (me) ever tell Jenny that you thought her relationship with Natalie Bright was inappropriate?

Have you ever seen Owen's (Jennifer's son) adoption decree?

I (Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's Attorney asks) want to make sure that I have your son's name and your first husband's name straight.  Are they similar; are they both John McDermott?

Let's talk (again Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's Attorney) talk about you son, John P. McDermott.  Was he ever hospitalized when he was a youth for mental health issues?

Have you ever been hospitalized for mental health issues?

Did your son, John P. McDermott, ever attempt suicide?

Information that I (Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's Attorney) is that when John P. McDermott, your son, was a teenager, he was in a hospital psychiatric unit.

Do you have a specific recollection of your son being in a psychiatric hospital?

Have you had any kind of meaningful relationship with your son since he's been 18?

Prior to your daughter's death, did you have any concern that if something would happen to her, you may not be able to see your grandson?

I (Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's Attorney) want to take your husbands deposition later today.  Do I have your word that you won't talk to him about this issue between now and the time he's deposed? This particular question concerned the fact that Jennifer Morgan, before she died made my husband Dave and I promise to have Owen Bright's adoption by Natalie Bright overturned due to the torture she experienced at the hands of Natalie Bright, Gail Fagen and Dan Bright.  Jennifer knew she had made a grave mistake in letting these devils into her and Owen Bright's life.

Did Jennifer ever date African American men?

Did you ever express to her (Jennifer Morgan) any displeasure abut her dating men who were African American?  This concerned a time when Jennifer was in her late teens.  My answer: I expressed to her my feelings about dating anyone who is already married.  Black or white.

 Did you ever refer to this man as a ni----?  My answer: absolutely not.  THIS IS NATALIE BRIGHT AND HER ATTORNEY, SANFORD KRIGEL TRYING TO IMPLY I WAS A RACIST.

How often did your husband (EX), John McDermott, get behind in child support?

When did your parents pass away?

How old were you when your mother and father got divorced?

You and your husband fight occasionally?

Is there any significant relationship that you've had with any relative other than your current husband (28 years) that did not have some pretty intense fighting from time to time?  This is Natalie Bright and her attorney, Sanford Krigel trying to imply I had a violent temper and therefore a danger to my grandson, Owen Bright.

Have you ever thrown anything at your husband?

Has there ever been any physical violence between you and your husband?

Have you ever had any criminal involvement? 

Have you ever had a DUI charge, for example?

Do you drink?

Have you ever been drunk in the last 5 years?

When you were a child, did your father ever act inappropriately to you in a sexual manner?

Have you ever attempted suicide?

Have you ever taken a drug overdose?

Have any of your physicians that you have ever met with advised you that it would be good for you to see a psychiatrist?

Did you sign a release to allow us (Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's attorney) to have access to your therapist, Dr. Lange's records?  I went to see a therapist after Jennifer Morgan (my daughter) committed suicide to help me with the grief of losing her and my grandson Owen Bright at the same time.  I was then asked about antidepressants and any other medicines I took.  Then went back to questions about my father.  I guess they thought they would confuse me.  Then on to a question about my husband that was so bizarre I wanted to throw up.

 Do you know whether Dave ---your husband has ever committed any kind of credit card fraud?

Have you ever earned income that you didn't report to the IRS?

After various stupid questions about the IRS and what I was paying Joshua T. Mathews, The Mathews Group, my attorney at the time Sanford Krigel, Natalie Bright's attorney, asked:

Did you ever tell Jenny that her father didn't want her?

Did Jenny's father exercise his visitation rights with Jenny?

Did you ever tell Jenny her father wasn't a good person?

You don't know how far behind Jenny's father was with respect of child support.  Is that correct?

My records reflect that there was a period of time, perhaps as long as seven years where you and Jenny didn't speak to each other regularly.  Is that accurate? His records.  Whatever Natalie Bright dreamed up.  There is not and could not be any kind of record of how many times someone had contact with another person.  This is the kind of underhanded lying crap that Natalie Bright would want someone to believe.  Just accuse someone and it becomes part of a BOGUS RECORD.  This is how Natalie Bright, Gail Fagen, Dan Bright, Sarah Tackett and the City of Olathe, Kansas Police Department  drove Jennifer Morgan to take her own life.

The first time that you became aware that Jennifer Morgan removed Natalie Bright's name as beneficiary and placed you name as beneficiary was following Jenny's death? 

Have you ever referred to Jenny as a dyke?

Have you ever referred to Natalie Bright as a dyke?

When did you first become aware that your daughter was a lesbian?

Would you have a problem if Owen Bright (my grandson) grew up and he was gay?

When was the last time you consumed alcoholic beverages?

When was the last time you were intoxicated?

Did you ever drink in excess when Owen Bright was around?

Have there been periods of time for a month or two or three that you haven't consumed alcoholic beverages over the last five years?

We are only on page 99 of my 6 hour deposition and it is exhausting going through it.  Total pages are 193, so the next blog will go along these lines.  The pain of some of these questions were excruciating but if anyone out there wants GRANDPARENTS VISITATION RIGHTS, YOU HAVE TO BE PREPARED AND THAT IS WHY I WRITE THIS BLOG.
