CONTINUATION OF INTERROGATORY QUESTIONS FROM PREVIOUS

TRUTH
I WANT TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TELL YOU SOME THINGS ABOUT MY DAUGHTER, JENNIFER MARIE MORGAN. THIS WILL ALSO BE FOR OWEN BRIGHT, OUR GRANDSON SO HE CAN LEARN ABOUT HIS MOTHER.
Some foods she loved: Shrimp, Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, Velveeta Shells & Cheese Sour Cream Baked Casserole, Tuna Fish and Noodle Casserole, Cold Tuna Fish Sandwiches, Turkey Dressing, Cherry Pie, Cupcakes, Cream Cheese Dip and Potato Chips, Doritos and Salsa, Philly Steak Sandwiches, Captain Morgan and Coke, Miller Lite, Pancakes, Fried Chicken, Pork Burritos Loaded with Cheese, French Fries, Bean Dip, French Fries, Pie Dough Baked Cinnamon Rolls, Steak and Ketchup, Margaritas, Chili, Crackers and Peanut Butter, McDonald's (anything), Chicken Sandwiches (Spicy at Wendy's), Tossed Salad with French Dressing, Beef Tacos, Baked Potato with Butter and Sour Cream, Hereford House Prime Rib, Fried Pork Tenderloins and Gravy, Chicken on the Grill, Stadium Hot Dogs with Kraut, Peanuts, "Baked Potato" Soup.
Some foods she hated: Cheese Cake, (especially Ricotta Cheese), Cauliflower, Peas, Scallops, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Meatloaf (Cold Meatloaf was Okay on Sandwiches), Root Beer, Oatmeal, and many more which I'll mention later.
INTERROGATORY QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Did you and/or David Szymula smoke cigarettes in your home from January, 2009 through November, 2010? If yes, state approximately haw many cigarettes a day you and/or David Szymula smoked inside your house during this time period?
David has never smoked and Judy quit smoking April 1, 2009, and does not recall ever smoking in the house.
MY DAUGHTER, JENNIFER MORGAN WAS A SMOKER AND SMOKED AROUND US AND OWEN AND IN HER HOUSE AND CAR. I SMOKED PRIOR TO APRIL, 2009. WHEN I QUIT JENNIFER KNEW HOW HARD IT WOULD BE AND SHE CAME TO PICK OWEN UP ONE NIGHT SHE HAD ORDERED ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES ON LINE (THEY WERE EXTREMELY NEW ON THE MARKET THEN) SO I COULD AT LEAST NOT HAVE TO QUIT COLD TURKEY. SHE WAS SO THRILLED THAT SHE SAW THOSE AND ORDERED THEM FOR ME. WHEN SHE GOT THEM AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THEM, OWEN WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER WATCHING AND LAUGHING AT JENNIFER TRYING TO FIGURE THEM OUT. I ENDED UP NOT USING THEM.

MY ANSWER WAS TOO LONG TO PUT HERE, BUT THIS QUESTION WAS ASKED SO MANY TIMES IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS AS TO TRY TO TRIP ME UP. MY ATTORNEY, JOSHUA T. MATHEWS ADVISED ME NOT TO ANSWER THE MEDICAL QUESTIONS AS IT WAS IS VIOLATION OF THE HIPPA RULES. AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS OF GOING BACK AND FORTH AND NATALIE BRIGHT'S ATTORNEYS, SANFORD KRIGEL OF KRIGEL & KRIGEL AND KAREN ROSENBERG OF THE SAME FIRM SAID I HAD "PRIMARY PULMONARY HISTOPLASMOSIS". HOW THEY DREAMED THAT UP, I HAVE NO IDEA. THEY ALSO ACCUSED ME OF HAVING "TUBERCULOSIS" AND DELIBERATELY PUT MY GRANDSON, OWEN BRIGHT AT RISK.
As I said, I was advised not to answer these questions by Joshua T. Mathews. After months and Natalie Bright filing a "Motion to Compel" me to answer them, Judge T. Kelly Ryan said I had to answer 2 of the 3 questions on the medical part of the interrogatories.
We could have saved months if Joshua T. Mathews would have said to go ahead and answer the questions. Again, one of the reasons I lost visitation with my grandson was because "TOO MUCH TIME HAD LAPSED SINCE I HAD SEEN HIM". This was not my fault, it was Natalie Bright, and her attorneys and my attorney and the Johnson County Civil Court System. Nobody felt any urgency to get things going, but me.
I answered the questions with great detail as to what I was seeing my doctor for. I had MAC Lung Infection (mycobacterium avium complex). It is not contagious in any form. It will never be cured, I was not debilitated in any manner. It was found totally by accident when I had a routine chest xray. I had no symptoms except I was losing weight due to upper respiratory illnesses that were transmitted from my grandson to me. He constantly had ear infections, MRSA, pneumonia and the flu.
But Natalie Bright and her attorneys turned this around on me exposing him which my attorney Joshua T. Mathews, The Mathews Group did not defend against.
If you are trying to get "Grandparent's Visitation Rights answer all questions as soon as you receive them. Keep a timeline sheet for all materials. Keep notes of each visit with your attorney. Ask him or her if you can tape your meetings and phone calls with them. Don't hand your information over to anyone other than your attorney. Not the receptionist or their secretary. Arrange to make payments on your bill. Insist on being asked before they conduct business on your behalf. Don't sign a "POWER OF ATTORNEY" for money or anything else unless you understand why they need it. YOU ARE THE BOSS!!!!! KEEP THAT IN MIND. As soon as you don't feel that way, you've lost.
If you do have a health problem, document it as you go. They will pick on that along with many other things. But health and or perceived addictions come first. Even if you are not having a problem now seeing your grandchildren, you might in the future.
Even after I provided them with answers Natalie Bright wanted more. Sanford Krigel and Karen Rosenberg then wanted me to sign releases to get the actual medical records from each doctor. This again, took weeks and weeks. More time to use against me. They didn't just want medical records. As I mentioned in another blog I was seeing a therapist to help me cope with Jennifer's suicide. They wanted those too.
SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES
Keep in mind, I did not list all the questions in the first set of Interrogatories but there were approximately 22 pages of personal questions. I only highlighted some.
I will do the same with the second set.
Please state if you have sought treatment and/or counseling from any medical and/or mental health professional, including any physician, psychiatrist, and psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor and/or licensed therapist for any mental, emotional, psychological and/or psychiatric condition, distress, illness and/or complaint since February, 2008 and if so , state:

I answered with:
I saw Nancy Lang, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Westglen Primary Care. 7255 Renner Road., Shawnee, Kansas 66217, February 14& 21, 2011. March 7, 2011 (which was Jennifer Morgan's birthday) for grief counseling. No medication was prescribed. Treatment" We talked for 1 hour each visit. Diagnosis, extreme grief over the loss of my daughter, Jennifer. I am not under the continuing care of any mental health provider. I saw Ms. Lang three times.
I am under the continued care of Sharon Snavely who is prescribing antibiotics for my Mycobacterium lung infection.
They already knew this, they were fishing for more. I signed a release to get Ms. Lang's notes concerning our visits. Even though there was nothing in them to be used against me, Natalie Bright tried like hell.
Don't let this happen to you. Keep records and make sure they are accurate.
I HAVE GOT IN MY LITTLE OFFICE AT HOME 4 FULL BANKER'S BOXES CONTAINING PAPER WORK CONCERNING OUR GRANDPARENT'S VISITATION RIGHTS CASE. THERE ARE MEDICAL RECORDS, DEPOSITIONS, TRIAL NOTES, LINCOLN LIFE INSURANCE PAPERWORK, ICMA RC SAVINGS ACCOUNT RECORDS, NATALIE BRIGHT'S HANDLING OF JENNIFER MORGAN'S PROBATE AND HER CONSERVATOR REQUESTS, ETC. MOST OF IT, I PRODUCED IN ANSWER TO ALL NATALIE BRIGHT'S CRAP.
